Welcome to RudraTech Inc. (“RudraTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

RudraTech is an artificial-intelligence technology company engaged in the research, development, testing, evaluation, and advancement of artificial intelligence (“AI”), advanced intelligent systems, automation, and artificial general intelligence (“AGI”) technologies.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RudraTech website, applications, software, AI systems, research, demonstrations, content, APIs, products, services, tools, and related technologies (collectively, the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE RUDRATECH WEBSITE OR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

1. Website Information & Evaluation

RudraTech is committed to providing information based on research, development, testing, measurement, evaluation, and review conducted by the RudraTech team or through methodologies selected by RudraTech.

Where the website presents technical information, research findings, benchmarks, demonstrations, measurements, performance results, or other representations, such information reflects the conditions, methodology, systems, datasets, configurations, and circumstances under which it was evaluated.

RudraTech seeks to ensure that published information is responsible and appropriately evaluated; however, no technical, scientific, statistical, or AI-based information can be guaranteed to remain universally accurate, complete, current, or applicable in every circumstance.

Information may change as technology, research, models, datasets, methodologies, and applicable standards evolve.

2. AI Responses & Outputs

AI systems are probabilistic technologies and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unexpected, or misleading results.

Accordingly, RudraTech does not guarantee that every AI response, prediction, recommendation, analysis, generated content, or other output (“Output”) will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.

AI Outputs should be independently reviewed and validated before being relied upon.

You are responsible for evaluating Outputs and for decisions made using information obtained through the Services.

The Services should not be treated as a substitute for qualified human judgment or professional advice.

3. AI, AGI & Advanced Technology Initiative

RudraTech may research and develop AI, AGI, autonomous systems, intelligent agents, machine reasoning, multimodal systems, AI safety, evaluation systems, automation technologies, and other advanced computational technologies.

References to AI, AGI, advanced intelligence, future systems, research initiatives, roadmaps, capabilities, milestones, or technological objectives describe research, development, experimentation, or intended direction unless expressly stated otherwise.

Such references do not constitute a guarantee that RudraTech has achieved, or will achieve, any particular level of AGI or artificial intelligence capability.

RudraTech may modify, suspend, delay, replace, or discontinue any research initiative, technology, product, capability, or development objective at any time.

4. RudraTech Intellectual Property

All intellectual property owned, created, developed, licensed, or controlled by RudraTech remains the property of RudraTech or its applicable licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

AI and AGI systems;
models and model architectures;
algorithms and methodologies;
software and source code;
model weights, where applicable;
proprietary datasets and databases;
research, experiments, and evaluations;
inventions and discoveries;
technical documentation;
designs and interfaces;
trademarks, logos, names, and branding;
proprietary processes;
products and services;
prototypes and demonstrations; and
future technologies and developments.

Nothing on the RudraTech website or within the Services transfers ownership or grants an implied license to RudraTech intellectual property.

Except where expressly permitted in writing or by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, extract, or commercially exploit RudraTech's proprietary technology.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RudraTech.

5. User Inputs & AI Outputs

Where a RudraTech Service permits you to submit prompts, text, files, data, instructions, or other material (“Inputs”), you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and necessary permissions to submit such Inputs.

You must not knowingly submit unlawful material, malicious code, confidential information belonging to another party without authorization, or personal information that you are not authorized to provide.

AI Outputs may not be unique. Similar or substantially similar Outputs may be generated for other users.

You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and determining whether they are accurate, appropriate, lawful, and suitable for your intended use.

6. Responsible & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Services to:

violate applicable laws or regulations;
commit, facilitate, or promote unlawful activity;
commit fraud or deception;
infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
distribute malware or malicious code;
attack, disrupt, or compromise systems or networks;
obtain unauthorized access;
circumvent security or technical restrictions;
scrape or extract proprietary information without authorization;
reverse engineer proprietary systems where prohibited by law;
impersonate a person or organization;
manipulate or abuse AI evaluation systems;
interfere with another user's access;
intentionally misuse the Services in a manner that creates material security or operational risk; or
otherwise abuse, misuse, or unlawfully exploit RudraTech technology.

RudraTech may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, systems, intellectual property, security, or legal interests.

7. High-Risk & Safety-Critical Use

Unless expressly authorized through a separate written agreement, the Services are not intended to be used as the sole basis for decisions involving:

medical diagnosis or treatment;
emergency response;
aviation;
nuclear systems;
weapons;
critical infrastructure;
financial trading;
legal determinations;
employment decisions;
credit or insurance decisions;
life-critical systems; or
other high-impact or safety-critical activities.

Where AI technology is used in such environments, appropriate human oversight, professional judgment, testing, validation, and safeguards are required.

8. Research, Beta & Experimental Services

Certain RudraTech Services may be classified as research, experimental, prototype, alpha, beta, preview, demonstration, or early-access technology.

Such Services may contain defects, limitations, interruptions, unexpected behavior, or other risks associated with emerging technology.

RudraTech may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue experimental Services without notice, subject to applicable law or contractual obligations.

9. Security

RudraTech may implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect its Services and systems.

However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting credentials associated with your account and for promptly notifying RudraTech of suspected unauthorized access, security incidents, or misuse.

You must not attempt to bypass, disable, defeat, or compromise security mechanisms protecting the Services.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

RudraTech may collect and process information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and develop its Services.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with RudraTech's applicable Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Depending on the nature of the processing and the applicable effective provisions, this may include requirements under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable data-protection laws. The DPDP framework establishes obligations relating to digital personal data processing and individual rights, with statutory provisions taking effect according to government-notified commencement dates. Users should review RudraTech's Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

11. Third-Party Technologies

RudraTech Services may use or integrate third-party software, APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI models, hosting services, analytics, payment processors, authentication systems, or other third-party technologies.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

RudraTech does not control all third-party systems and cannot guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, or performance.

12. No Professional Advice

Unless expressly stated otherwise, content and AI-generated information provided through the Services are for informational and technological purposes only.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, accounting, engineering, regulatory, or other professional advice.

Where professional judgment is required, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

13. Service Availability

RudraTech aims to provide reliable and continuously improving Services but does not guarantee that the Services will always be:

available;
uninterrupted;
error-free;
secure;
compatible with every device;
free from vulnerabilities; or
permanently maintained.

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued for technical, security, legal, research, operational, or business reasons.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITHOUT UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTIES.

RudraTech does not guarantee that the Services or their Outputs will be:

completely accurate;
error-free;
uninterrupted;
universally suitable;
permanently available;
secure from every possible threat; or
appropriate for every intended use.

RudraTech disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, where such disclaimers are legally permissible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RudraTech and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or relating to use of the Services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or losses arising from reliance on AI-generated information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RudraTech and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

your violation of these Terms;
unlawful use of the Services;
infringement of third-party rights;
unauthorized Inputs;
misuse of Outputs; or
violation of applicable law.

17. Consumer & Regulatory Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to unlawfully restrict rights granted to consumers under mandatory applicable law.

Where applicable to its activities, RudraTech will comply with relevant consumer-protection, e-commerce, information-technology, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual-property, and other applicable legal requirements.

This includes applicable requirements under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and related rules. The Act establishes a framework for consumer protection and dispute resolution, while India's Department of Consumer Affairs separately publishes applicable e-commerce rules and related regulations. Mandatory statutory rights prevail over conflicting contractual provisions to the extent required by law.

18. International Use

If you access or use RudraTech Services outside India, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to your location, including applicable privacy, intellectual-property, export-control, sanctions, technology, and consumer-protection laws.

RudraTech does not represent that the Services are appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction.

19. Suspension & Termination

RudraTech may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary because of:

violation of these Terms;
unlawful activity;
security threats;
misuse;
legal or regulatory requirements;
protection of users or systems;
intellectual-property concerns; or
discontinuation of the applicable Service.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution will survive termination where applicable.

20. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Where reasonably appropriate, the parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.

Subject to mandatory statutory rights, disputes may be brought before the courts or other dispute-resolution mechanisms having appropriate jurisdiction over RudraTech.

Nothing in this provision is intended to prevent a consumer from exercising a mandatory statutory right.

21. Changes to These Terms

RudraTech may update these Terms to reflect changes in:

technology;
AI and AGI research;
Services;
security practices;
business operations;
regulatory requirements; or
applicable law.

The updated version will be published on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with RudraTech's Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, product-specific terms, and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of the Services.

Where a separate written agreement between you and RudraTech expressly conflicts with these Terms, that agreement shall control to the extent stated in that agreement.
